Shoe does not fit?

If your shoes don't fit properly, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure they are unworn and in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange process.

Do you offer wide-sizes?

Yes, we offer wide sizes in select styles. Look for the "Available in Wide" label on product pages. We recommend checking the size guide for each product to find your perfect fit.

Are your shoes vegan?

Many of our shoes are vegan-friendly. We clearly label vegan products on their respective product pages. Our vegan shoes are made without any animal-derived materials while maintaining our quality standards.

Can I change my order?

If you ordered the wrong size or style, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form. Once your order is processed, changes might not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours after placing the order. After fulfillment, the order can only be returned.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?
